The system is asynchronous – which means that a student is only required to be on the system to download their online summative assessment, work offline and log back in to upload their completed assessment. Additionally, there will be online support in the form of Mancosa Student Comms App chats, LiveChat, WhatsApp groups and calls via 1Stream to assist students experiencing technical issues.
How many times will a student be able to submit if they’ve been kicked out of the system?
