Advise students of the following points:
Please ensure that you select the ORANGE UPDATE button as seen below in order to update your contact number to be the number of the sim card that you are currently using:
Once you have completed this step the 5 digit OTP will be sent via SMS to this number and you will be able to continue with the authentication process.
Please ensure that the phone number is correct in order to receive the OTP
The OTP will also be received via email.
Ensure that you select the correct country code from the drop down when capturing the new mobile number in the step mentioned above.
Please ensure that the Mancosa Student Comms App is updated on Play Store or App Store.
