- The Registry Department captures all student information on the MANCOSA Student Information System, in line with the data privacy requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
- All study materials are dispatched to students once the Registry Department has confirmed that the student has met all the requirements for registration into the relevant programme.
- The onus is on the student to ensure that their contact details remain updated on the website.
- The Registration Confirmation Letter (RCL, pro forma invoice and any related documents are transmitted to the student electronically and where applicable, included in the study pack.
- The onus is on the student to ensure that they receive the correct study material and related documentation.
- Delays in the receipt of modules must be reported to the dispatch department. Students should refrain from requesting concessions if the above is not addressed.
